Our Terms:


There is a charge for software that does not come standard with the boards. This charge will be determined and listed in the BOM provided to the customer before they order. There will be no additional software charge unless the customer changes the pattern. Refinements, adding a delay here, a speed adjustment there are not billed and considered corrections to the original software.


Repairs:

All ALDOR products are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase against component defects. Our products get a date engraved on them that indicates the start of the 12-month warranty period.

Out of warranty repairs cost $35.00 per board. Parts and shipping will cost extra. Repairs will be handled by Klar Slot Repair in Las Vegas, 702-363-9998, ask for Larry.

The warranty is void if a product comes in for repair that has "Gross Visible Damage" such as water damage or mishandling of the product (like laying the board on a metal surface while it is powered up!). GVD repairs cost $65.00 per unit, parts and shipping will cost extra.
Encapsulated products cannot be repaired. They will be replaced at no cost except for shipping and handling charges if under warranty. If out of warranty you will need to purchase a new unit.
